My little skater... mocha's puppy - which we finally found a home for both mia and crazy this week- hallelujah-

we went to church today and that is about all nothing exciting but that can be a good thing!
soccer is everyday this week but Wednesday - which is a school dinner ( i have to make a dessert to auction off) but i do not think we will go there are just not enough hours in the day to do everything.
Kevin Sharpe is coming to do a benefit concert here this week - also Wednesday night- I much rather go to that then the school dinner.

who has time to blog these days??? not me....

With working 6 days a week, I barely have time to check my email let alone update my blog. Oh well... So what is new???

Eddie got the jeep running. He only has one more piece to buy and then it is ready for paint. So I guess Bub will be getting a side job to do sometime in the spring (hopefully 2 side jobs so that I can get my car fixed and painted too... cause who wants a car with some nice dents in the side? )

Eddie got approved to have knee surg FINALLY - so he will finally have surg (11 months later) on the 25th of October So I will be getting a few days off work - Woo hoo I can sleep in a bit - But they say that he will be up and moving by day 2 so I do not get to take that much time off work - I am really surprised that the recovery time is so little. But hopefully it helps

MY BOY GOT 100% ON HIS SPELLING TEST!!!!!!!! This is not an easy task let me tell you! Dallen has more of a sorenson male view of school - he is very smart - just like the other sorenson males but does not apply himself in the least. So to get 100% was sooo exciting for us. And so as a reward he got to go to the snack bar during Claira's soccer game (with his dad too - if mom went he would get like on thing with dad they always buy out the dang snack bar). I saved the test of course so that I can prove that he is smart and can do it if he just tries.

Soccer is almost over for Claira. I am excited cause having to go into town right after school 2 days a week is not good for my nap time LOL or homework/ chore time. So one more week and it will be over. But then starts sewing next week - yikes!! now we are going to have to go intown for sewing i am sure we will have homework too. But she is excited to learn to sew she is taking the class with her BFF Julieann so they will have fun and she is excited to make Callie some new jammies for Christmas since she has Callie -

The weather is getting cold here. I am so not ready for the snow but yet it comes anyways. A friend of ours ( well more eddies than mine) brought over a cord and a half of wood for us. That was super nice of him - so Eddie fixed the splitter for me today yeah for me - now i have to go out and split that cord and a half plus the other cord that we bought earlier in the summer so that we can have wood to burn when it snows - and I am sure some of you are saying tell Eddie to get off his butt and split that wood himself - but he cannot being on comp that would be a huge no no if someone saw him doing that so it is up to me this year woo hoo the kids are going to love helping me

On a happier note though I got a new bed this week. We needed one SOOO bad. We were rolling into the middle and it was way too small So we finally got one. We were going to get it for our Christmas present last year but life happened and we thought it better not to spend the money on that just in case... but now that I get a paycheck I decided that I was going to buy us a new bed. So we got a king size sleep number. I SOOOO LOVE IT!!!! it has only been 2 nights but both nights as soon as I lay down I am out. This morning I turned off the alarm and was going to get up and I fell back asleep - I was late to work - oh well

We are back...

Well that was a fast vacation LOL We went down Sunday and made it 2 hours and 50 min from door to door- which is very good but not our best time - I once made it in 2 hours and 57 min from door to door when we lived in susanville which is another 16 miles away.... yes we fly. Jen and her fam came over sunday night and hung out at mom's. Monday mom watched jen's boys so the kids hung out with them all day and played.
Eddie and I went to the doc apt - which was kinda weird - this doc is supposed to evaluate you on how much you are disabled after a 15 min visit ( no joke 15 min). We went over the whole history of the incident and what had happened since. The only thing this doc was to see him for was his headaches. So he said yeah you have headaches OK i will report that - and that was all. Now we have to head back to see a different in 3 weeks to evaluate another problem. Waste of gas and time and money but oh well ...
anyways we came back home and the boys went out and did some boy shopping and claira mom and I went to Justice for Girls. It is a clothing store for "tweens" it is a little high priced but the clothes are Dang cute. We tried half the store on literally. We narrowed the clothes down and went to the register. $227.00 later yes i typed that right 227.00 I NEVER spend that much on clothes in one visit let alone on months time. I decided that I would save half of them for Christmas but Eddie said that was lame cause for she knows what she is getting now- so she got them all - can you say SPOILED
So we came home this morning, since it was already late by the time we came home from shopping. Oh yeah and we came home with a truck load full of 'Treasures" (as Eddie likes to call them) Mom was so happy to get rid of some of her "treasures"

So Eddie took claira to soccer tonight ( I was at work). There is this guy there setting up his video recorder to record the game, OK what ever just a parent we don't know. Then he turns the video on Eddie, he waves the guys realizes he knows he is recording him and leaves. So the guy goes on the other side of the field kinda up a large hill and sets up shop. He starts recording so Eddie waves again. So the dude packed up and left. So we figure either A: work comp has begun to play their stalking game (which how in the world would they have known we would be at the soccer field - he swears he watched to see if anyone followed him the 21 miles from home to the soccer field) of B: He is some creepy Chester ( that is what we call child molesters) and he realized that a parent was watching him and took off..... hmmm it could be either or.

I know these last few post have just been straight reading so I will try and upload some cute pics soon.
