First Day of School!!!!

Today is the first day of school for my kids! The parents are excited about it but not the kids... Neither one is in a class with their best friend so neither one is happy. But Mom and Dad like it! We figure they can play at recess together and their friends can come over after school (once in a while) and this way they will pay better attention during class and they will make some new friends and have a bigger group of friends. Neither child got the teacher they wanted either but again mom and dad are OK with this. The teachers they got will both be good for them and hopefully they will grow a lot this year.

As a scrapper you know I took a bunch of pictures this morning ( this was the whole reason why I asked for the day off work today!) So here are a couple to share with ya ...

and here are my goofy kids it is kinda blurry cause they were moving a lot and i did not have it set to sports mode since i did not think they would be dancing around acting silly...


After school we always take more pics LOL i am a picture freak LOL it is just so busy in the morning at school that it is hard to get a lot of pics with all the other parents trying to take pics too so we do a few after school on the first day .... so more pics to come later... and pics from Bub's wedding too .... but I am now off to town .

I really like the digi scrapping although I like my pages too look as though they are still paper done pages I am still not into the cutsie digi look it is just not me.
So I think I am going to start going through my paper scrapping supplies and start selling off some of the stuff that I have not touched in a while... why keep stuff around that you know you will probably not use plus you have to make room for new stuff right!?!
So Shell do you think you could do this digi stuff?

My first Digi pages...

I have been wanting to learn how to digi scrap for a while now and since I am WAY too tired after work to drag out my scrap supplies, I thought this would be a good time to learn how. Everything I have made so far is just plain I am still in the beginning stages after all and everything I have used are all freebie... I do not want to buy any stuff till I know if i can actually do it plus there are so many great free kits on the web so why buy the stuff LOL


so here is the first one I made ... I took the pics this summer at my house,they are of my friends son, Chance. He is a total cutie and such a natural at riding a quad...

I was so excited when I made this page it really was simple to do ...
OK so the dang blogger thingy is not letting upload the other 2 pages urrg so I will try again later for the other 2 pages....
